Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the store with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide current, accurate information and not to misuse the site, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, scrape content without authorization, or use the services for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Catalog information

We offer sun hats, outdoor caps, beanies, packable headwear, and related accessories for adults and children. Product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing may be corrected or updated when errors or catalog changes are identified. Screen settings can affect color presentation. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing error, resale abuse, or inability to fulfill.

Review the product page for sizing, materials, care, and intended use. No item should be treated as a substitute for other safety measures appropriate to the activity or conditions.

Placing an order

An order submission is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgment does not guarantee acceptance. The order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment, subject to payment authorization and availability. If we cancel an order after payment authorization or capture, we will void or refund the affected amount as appropriate.

Review shipping and contact information before checkout. Contact us promptly about an error. We cannot guarantee an address or item change after processing begins.

Pricing and applicable taxes

Prices and checkout totals are shown in USD. Applicable taxes are charged as required by law. Promotions apply only according to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly allowed. Obvious pricing or promotional errors may be corrected before fulfillment.

Paying for an order

Payment is subject to authorization and fraud checks. Supported card networks are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Available options are those displayed at checkout; we do not promise payment methods that are not enabled for the store. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

U.S. delivery

We ship only within the United States. All U.S. orders receive free shipping with no minimum purchase. Order processing normally takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. Processing and transit are separate periods, and carrier events may affect estimates. After-purchase remedies

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, and exchanges are supported. We provide a free prepaid return label and pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns as well as damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders. No restocking fee applies. Exclusions and the process are described in our Refund Policy; statutory remedies for faulty or mis-shipped items are not reduced.

Store content and marks

The storefront and its text, graphics, layout, and other materials are owned by or licensed to sundayafternoand and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store for personal, lawful shopping. No license is granted to copy, exploit, or misrepresent our content or marks.

External services and links

The store may link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control, but this provision does not limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Legal limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our responsibility for a purchase remains subject to mandatory consumer protections. You agree to be responsible for losses caused by your unlawful misuse of the store.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our merchant address, without overriding mandatory rights available in your place of residence. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Term updates

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version posted when an order is placed governs that order unless a change is required by law. Continued use after a revised version takes effect constitutes acceptance for future use.
